Start with preheating a 12" dutch oven with 9 coals on the bottom and 15 on top. This is a dump and go, it's best to use bacon, sausage, and onions that were cooked at home and brought to camp in a bag. Start out with a little butter and hash browns in the bottom. Let those toast up for about 15-20 minutes. Once they start to get a little crispy scramble the dozen eggs in a separate container and pour the mixture over the has browns. Throw in the bacon, sausage and onion mix. Top with cheese. Cover and cook until the eggs are set (about 15 minutes) rotate the top lid and dutch oven every 3-5 minutes. Serve with optional tortillas and salsa.
